1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ChkChat, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the app.
2. User Registration
2.1 To use the app, you are required to register for an account.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3. User Conduct
3.1 You are solely responsible for the content you share on ChkChat.
3.2 You agree not to use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
4. Privacy

5. Communication Guidelines
5.1 Users are encouraged to share honest and respectful feedback about their purchase experiences.
5.2 Content that is offensive, abusive, or violates the rights of others is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 The content on ChkChat is protected by intellectual property laws. Users must respect these rights.
6.2 By sharing content on the app, you grant ChkChat a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.
7. Termination
Chk AS reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Chk AS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of ChkChat.
9. Changes to Terms
Chk AS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Oslo tingrett.
11.Content
Our services provides you with access to other people’s content. You may not use this content without that person’s consent, or as allowed by law. Other people’s content is theirs and doesn’t necessarily reflect ChkChat’s own views. ChkChat doesn’t endorse or verify the accuracy or reliability of content shared by ChkChat users. We work hard to make ChkChat a safe, positive, and inclusive place, but cannot always prevent you from encountering content that you may find objectionable or offensive. You agree we will not be liable for any harm caused by that content. You may report content that you think violates any of our policies. We have the right, but not the obligation, to review such reports and block or remove content at our discretion.
ChkChat is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all users. As such, we do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior. Users are prohibited from posting or sharing content that is:
- Inflammatory, discriminatory, or hateful.
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating.
- Obscene, sexually explicit, or pornographic.
- Violent or promoting violence.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
- In violation of intellectual property rights.
- If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior on ChkChat, please report it immediately using the app’s reporting tools.
12. EULA
By downloading, installing, or using ChkChat, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the app.
If you downloaded ChkChat from the Apple App Store, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions and licensed application end user license agreement set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service, including the Usage Rules specified therein.
If you download the ChkChat app from the Apple App Store or use our app on an iOS device ChkChat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded products running iOS or iPadOS (the «Apple Device») that you own or control.
The license granted to you for the ChkChat is limited to a nontransferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products running iOS (including but not limited to iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch) (“iOS Devices”) or Mac OS X (“Mac Computers”), as applicable (collectively, “Apple Device(s)”) that you own or control and as permitted by the usage rules set forth in the Mac App Store, App Store and iBooks Store Terms and Conditions (the “Usage Rules”). This license does not allow you to use the Licensed Application on any Apple Device that you do not own or control, and except as provided in the Usage Rules, you may not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Application and, if you sell your Mac Computer or iOS Device to a third party, you must remove the Licensed Application from the Mac Computer or iOS Device before doing so. You may not copy (except as expressly permitted by this license and the Usage Rules), decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, any updates, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent that any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of any open-sourced components included with the Licensed Application). Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of the Licensor and its licensors. If you breach this restriction, you may be subject to prosecution and damages.
